Experience Relief through Therapeutic Bodywork
Custom tailored sessions to address pain, stress, restricted joint mobility, difficulty sleeping, and every other conceivable need that can be helped with massage. It’s pain relief without sacrificing relaxation.
Our Services
Swedish Massage is the lightest pressure massage I offer. The focus of these sessions is primarily relaxation through light but complete (not “fluffy”) contact.
This massage is most helpful for stimulating lymph flow, promoting sleep, and relaxing without as much of a muscle work focus.
Recommended Add-Ons: Aromatherapy, CBD Oil, Dry brushing, Hot Stones
Myofascial Release is a highly specialized technique that is designed to release hyper-contracted muscle fibers—commonly referred to as “trigger points.” It is the most intense massage that I offer, and it is also the most effective for releasing specific tension points in the body. It can be painful during the session, but it renders the greatest long term relief.
This massage technique is great for anyone suffering from old injuries, chronic pain, stress related tension, or seeking out deep emotional release.
Recommended Add Ons: Deep Blue Oil, Facial Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stones, Cupping, Full Body Gua Sha
This medium tissue massage can range from light-medium to medium-deep depending on subjective grade of depth. The focus of these sessions can be anything from simply relaxing to targeted injury recovery depending on wants and needs.
This massage is good for an introduction to my technique, monthly maintenance, general pain relief, emotional stress relief, and perfect for anyone who has never had a massage before.
Recommended Add-Ons: Aromatherapy, CBD Oil, Dry Brushing, Facial Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Hot Stones
Deep Tissue Massage is intense pressure to the superficial tissues first which—once warmed up—works into the deep fascia second. This is one of the most sought after kinds of massage and when done right can be both relaxing and deeply alleviating to the muscular and nervous systems of the body. It can involve stretching, guided breath work, and specific positioning to reach the deepest layer of reachable tissues.
This massage is best for addressing acute injuries, repetitive stress injuries (including carpal tunnel syndrome), exercise or injury-related muscle soreness, significant physical/emotional resets, and anyone who loves the deep relief that comes from deep work.
Not suited for pregnancy or people with certain conditions*
Recommended Add-Ons: Deep Blue Oil, CBD Oil, Hot Stones, Cupping

About
your Massage Therapist
Hi, my name is Savannah. I’m a born and raised Minnesotan and graduated with my degree in massage therapy in 2019. I spent my first year out of school working at a chiropractic office where I specialized in helping car accident injury victims, and this is where I gained the foundation of my understanding for the connection between pain symptoms and their oftentimes unexpected sources.
It was also during this time that I was sorting through my own set of severe whiplash injuries related to a car accident I experienced earlier that year, which ultimately took a year of recovery but only after three years in search of the source of my pain. Four years after the accident I was finally clear of major pain symptoms after finding and treating the root cause, hence where the name and mission for Root & Branch stems from.
All of the pain and recovery that I’ve experienced both personally as well as alongside clients is where my passion for health and relief is derived. I’ve juggled chronic health issues for over a decade, and as hard as that’s been I wouldn’t trade my circumstances for anything else because of all that I’ve learned and been able to offer for others on similar journeys. All said and done I want to help, and I am anything if not persistent.
